The results will not be as great as a printed form but they are good enough to get you started. 50-sheet pads of each of the forms may be purchased for $2.75 per pad. Items Definitions explain each of the codes used in the takeoff forms. All of the material cost and labor units in the HVAC system may be change by you but you should purchase the 228-page HVAC manual before mucking around with the labor unit which are not no shabby. Many, if not most, estimators use then "as is" and only adjust for job condtions. |
